About Erica Bunin
With Dan, Erica founded Alfred Real Estate and is a principal broker with the ﬁrm. She received a law degree from Fordham University in New York in 1981 and, aPer working with a New York law ﬁrm, went to work with Morgan Stanley, where she became an Executive Director in its Legal Department. She left Morgan Stanley at the end of 2006, and in addition to becoming a licensed real estate broker embarked on a number of cultural and political activities. From 2007 to 2009 she served as President of the Board of Directors of Danspace Project, a premier dance organization in New York City that presents and commissions new works in contemporary dance. In 2009 she served on the Lawyers Committee for Leslie Crocker Snyder during her run for the Manhattan District Attorney’s oﬃce and for New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg during his third term mayoral campaign. In addition to being a principal at Alfred Real Estate, she is an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She holds a broker’s license and still retains her law license. She is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the National Association of Realtors, as well as a Board Member of the Manhattan Association of Realtors.
